What you actually
receive.

Readable samples of three deliverables. The hospital, people and numbers are fictional—they show the format, not a client result.

Illustrative sample · fictional hospital and data

1 · A department page

Home › Departments › Orthopaedics

Orthopaedics

Joint, bone and sports-injury care. OPD Mon–Sat, 9:00–14:00, Block B, 1st floor.

  • Consultants: 3 (profiles with registration numbers)
  • Services: OPD, fracture clinic, physiotherapy referral
  • Insurance: cashless assistance desk, ext. 214

Request an OPD appointment → routed to the ortho desk

Why it works: one clear next step, verified facts, and the enquiry reaches the right desk.

2 · An enquiry, start to finish

  1. New

Orthopaedics OPD appointment requested; preferred callback time recorded

    Auto-acknowledged · 10:02
  2. Assigned

    Assigned to the orthopaedics desk

    Front desk (Priya) · 10:05
  3. Responded

Called back; Dr. availability confirmed for Thursday OPD

    Ortho desk · 10:31
  4. Confirmed

Appointment confirmed; location and timing message sent

    Ortho desk · 10:34
  5. Reminded

Reminder the day before, with a reschedule option

    Scheduled template · Wed 17:00
  6. Attended

Visit recorded as attended; enquiry closed

    Front desk · Thu 11:20

Management sees the status of every request. The tracker holds only administrative fields—name, contact number, department, preferred time, owner and status—with access limited to the desk team and records deleted after the agreed retention period. Symptoms and clinical history are never asked for or entered.

Sample audit

What an audit
looks like.

Findings, priority and the proposed fix. This sample uses a fictional hospital; your audit reviews your actual public presence.

AreaFindingPriorityProposed fix
Google Business ProfileSunday timings show “open” but the OPD is closed.HighCorrect timings; add special hours for holidays.
WebsiteDepartment pages list services but no next step or contact route.HighAdd a department enquiry route and doctor availability note.
Enquiry formForm asks for symptoms and medical history.HighCollect contact details only; move clinical questions to the consultation.
Reviews37% of reviews unanswered; two replies confirm a patient’s treatment.MediumPrivacy-safe reply templates and a complaint escalation owner.
ClaimsHomepage says “best hospital in the city” with no source.MediumRemove or replace with verifiable facts.

Limitations: an audit of public information cannot see call recordings, internal processes or ad-account data unless you share access. It is not a compliance certification or a prediction of results.

Honest measurement

What we count—
and what we don’t.

Every number in a report has a written definition. Clicks are never presented as patients.

Your patient-enquiry journey
  1. Enquiry
  2. Correctly handled request
  3. Confirmed appointment
  4. Attended appointment

Reported from your records where they are available and reliable.

Never counted as a result
  • A WhatsApp-button click is not a conversation
  • A call-button click is not an answered call
  • A form submission is not a qualified lead
  • Traffic or follower growth is not patient growth or revenue

We hold ourselves to the same standard: Relevant visit → Valid business enquiry → Qualified lead → Attended consultation → Proposal → Signed client.
