What does a healthcare marketing agency do?

It helps hospitals, clinics and doctors get found and chosen by patients—through Google SEO and Maps, Google and Meta ads, social media, doctor profiles, websites and reputation management—while keeping communication within medical-ethics and advertising rules.

How much does healthcare marketing cost in Rajasthan?

Our proposed monthly packages are ₹15,000 for doctors, ₹30,000 for clinics and from ₹75,000 for hospitals, excluding GST and ad spend. The first audit is free.

What is included in the free healthcare marketing audit?

A review of your Google Business Profile, website, local competitors, ads, social media and reviews, plus a compliance check of current claims. You get your score and three priority fixes on a 20-minute call. There is no charge and no obligation.

Can doctors advertise in India?

Individual doctors may share factual information but must not solicit patients through advertising under the IMC (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, which remain operative because the NMC’s 2023 regulations are in abeyance. Regulation 6.1.1 also names institutions, so hospital and clinic communication should stay informational—services, facilities, timings, camps—without self-praise, cure claims or comparisons. For a specific campaign, check with your legal adviser.

Which cities do you work in?

We work with healthcare providers across Rajasthan—Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Alwar, Bhilwara and Sikar—mostly remotely, with on-site visits by arrangement. We also take projects elsewhere in India.

Do you guarantee more patients?

No. Patient numbers also depend on your doctors, fees, location and how your team handles enquiries. We guarantee the agreed work, honest reporting and a clear decision point every 90 days.

Can we get reports and meetings in Hindi?

Yes. Meetings, content and monthly reports can be in Hindi, English or both.

How soon can we start?

Usually within a week of approving the proposal. Google Business Profile and ads can go live in the first two weeks; SEO builds over three to six months.

How much does healthcare branding cost with HealthBrandX?

Proposed starting fees are ₹7,500 one-time for Diagnose the problem, ₹30,000 one-time for Fix my appointment journey, and ₹45,000 per month for Operate & improve. These are planning fees, not binding quotations; taxes, media spend and third-party costs are extra unless agreed.

Who is HealthBrandX for?

HealthBrandX works with hospitals, clinics, doctors, hospital groups. Each business type starts from a different brief: for example, hospitals need department architecture, clear service information and administrative enquiry routing.

How long does a healthcare branding project take?

A first phase typically follows a 90-day rhythm: days 1–30 clarify the brief and establish direction, days 31–60 connect the page, content and handoff, and days 61–90 review evidence and decide the next phase. Exact timing depends on scope, asset readiness and approvals.

What is included in Diagnose the problem?

Review of your public presence: website, local profiles and published material; A discussion with management on priorities for the next 90 days; Permission-based review of the non-clinical enquiry process; A prioritised action plan: what to fix first and what can wait; No patient records or medical histories required. Scope, inputs and timing are agreed in writing first.

Does HealthBrandX buy reviews or guarantee rankings?

No. Reviews are requested neutrally and never purchased or incentivised, and no ranking, enquiry or revenue outcome is guaranteed. The work focuses on accurate information, a useful customer journey and a responsible response process.

Can’t I just do this myself with AI?

Yes—content and first ideas you can generate yourself with AI. That is not the main value of the service. We learn how your business actually works, then connect the right message, real information, a working enquiry process and team follow-up, and check against agreed records what improved. If you only need files, the scope is different. If you need a customer journey that is implemented and maintained, that is what we do.

What result does HealthBrandX measure?

The action that matters for healthcare: an attended appointment. Reporting follows the chain Correctly routed enquiries → Response time → Completed bookings → Attended appointments—not impressions or form counts alone. Linking a result to a campaign is not proof the campaign caused it, so comparison periods and data limits are explained.

Can doctors and hospitals advertise in India?

Doctors face strict professional-conduct limits on self-promotion, while hospitals can share factual information about services, facilities and doctors. The safe approach is accurate, verifiable information without superlatives, cure promises or patient testimonials used without consent—reviewed before publication.

How can a hospital improve its online reputation without breaking rules?

Keep profiles accurate, ask every patient for feedback the same neutral way, reply publicly without confirming any clinical details, and move complaints to a private channel with a named owner. Never buy or incentivise reviews.

What should a healthcare business fix first: brand, marketing or reputation?

Fix the gap closest to the customer’s decision. If people cannot tell what you offer, start with brand clarity. If they understand but do not act, improve the customer journey from understand to contact. If they hesitate because of trust, start with information accuracy and feedback handling. The free project planner recommends a starting point in five questions.

Will you recommend a full rebrand?

Only when the existing positioning or identity is part of the problem. A scoped review can recommend keeping working assets and improving a specific journey instead.

What will our team need to provide?

Can you work with our existing agency or staff?

Can you guarantee conversions or revenue?

No. We commit to an agreed scope, test the journey and report the available evidence. Demand, pricing, competition, client response and the actual service experience affect business results.
